Page moved to the wiki: Meetings/2006-08-27
On 27th August, we had a meeting to discuss some things:
- Adding some more people to replace what I did (I'm going away from the Internet for 3 months): be available help users on IRC, look at new bugs that get posted, watch the IRC logs, comments posted to the website, changes to the wiki and act accordingly.
- ideas for expanding the amount of people working on synfig.
- the roadmap for 1) the next release 2) future releases
The meeting minutes and IRC logs are available now, please read them and get involved!

Hey Synfig folks,
I want to offer my website design skills to the synfig project because this project is extremely important to the future of the user-generated new media (and a better system of computer 2d animation) in my opinion.
Here are some sites I've designed: http://comitar.com/ http://comitar.com/stoleninfatuation/ http://comitar.com/chris/ http://comitar.com/chris/ccn/ http://comitar.com/chris/chromascreens/ http://comitar.com/chris/coolteens/ http://comitar.com/chris/coolteens2/ http://comitar.com/chris/livelocity/ http://comitar.com/chris/sopcast2/ http://copyfighters.com/ http://globalmsg.com/ http://dev.globalmsg.com/ http://poddev.comitar.com/ http://flingr.com/
Please email me as soon as possible if you're interested, my email is at my personal website which I linked to here.

At this time the open graphic software impress developing 2D soft - inkscape gimp or scribus 3D - blender very nice I think Synfig can fill the lack of 2D Animation like Flash thay why I interested how can Synfig import .svg file and can export to swf(I know that you will add in the next. Thank for your nice open software.

kijja: there is no svg import or swf export. If you would like that, probably the best way is to write it yourself, pay someone to do it or write a detailed spec for how to do it and hope someone decides to work on it.
